A63 (early evening), Paul Digby
Paul was born in 1971 in North Lincolnshire and studied in Norwich University of the Arts and the University of Leeds. Paul moved to London after graduation before returning to Leeds, where he is based with his wife and two children. He has exhibited Nationally and Internationally, and has regularly taught across education. Practice: Paul's practice involves drawing, painting and sculpture. He works to the premise that the creative act is a result of a concept and the materials are specific to this initial idea and the object’s narrative. The submitted drawings were part funded by the Oppenheim-Downes and consist of random times and places along the A63 between North and West Yorkshire.
